The difference between impossible and possible lies in a person’s determination What lies before me, and what lies beyond is tiny to what lies within me When love and skill work together in tandem expect a masterpiece What ever a mind of a man can conceive and believe, it can achieve A flatterer is a secret enemy. Do not be misled by flattery All great discoveries are made by men, whose feelings run ahead of their thinking Never give an advice it’s the cheapest commodity available. Advice is something the wise don’t need and the fools wont take. Good instincts usually tell you what to do before your head has figured out Lose tongues lose pals Let the refining and improving of your own life keep you so engrossed that you have little time to critisize others Its dangerous to be too good Never give in. Never Never Never! Security is mostly a superstition. Its only in two places mothers womb and prison. Life is a daring adventure or nothing Success doesn’t come the way to feel it does. It comes from the way you think and do Strength is life and weakness is death. Have no fear what so ever When you cannot make mind for 2 things choose the bolder one. Master courage! There’s no substitute for courage. I am the master of my will and servant of conscience There is a way...Never Never Never give up go on be a kaizen No problem is bigger then solution An idea is a fortune worked upon

Poverty first starts in mind then to the body and to the material world thats why they say poverty is disease of mind, so lets make the same thing opposite, if a person is prosperity conscious, is'nt it opposite of poverty? I thought lemme give my honest opinions and what I am going to write down is very very important and very very difficult to put in practice. (You Bet!) Friends, below given are some of the basic 7 principles to be rich(est) and I wont type long but in simple ways and mind you if you do follow the below given points then you are on way to become a future millionaire but you need to follow as I typed earlier that its easy to read and difficult to follow. So, the below given points are
1. Have Goals in life - You must have strong compelling passionate desire to succeed in your profession or business to be rich. You must have clear, step by step outline of your goals in relation to time and proper executing pattern. I dont wanna say more coz you know your goals and if by any chance you dont know your goals then better read this quote "Give me an accountant who has goals in his life and in 10 years you will find him a millionaire and give me an millionaire who has no goals in life and in a decade you will find not even an accountant". Clear, authentic, properly defined goals with time are very very important.
2. Love your Work and specialize - You must love your work so much that you enjoy it day in and day out. As you go on enjoying your work, you will realize that you have special creativity in you and after this becomes an habit, you wont be actually working but meditating on your work. How nice is that feeling so just do it with all your heart, mind and soul. You have to be master in your chosen work, you have to be a specialist. (if you fail here, go back to point one, you must have correct goals not confused goals)
3.Earn more then you can spend - Control your expenses. How simple! it means that you gotta earn more and spend less, isnt it simple? yet many people have less earnings and they end up spending more this is an impediment to success and you must ensure that your earnings are more then your spendings. You must know the difference between productive expenditure and unproductive expenditure. Dont go on hire-purchase,instalments for the lure of gizmos, furniture, mortaging homes that you pay principal amout and then pay balance in instalments, this is marketing methods applied by all the corporate companies in the world to lure people(greed) and make them pay from their noses, hence to avoide that you must be debt-free person so...
4. Live a debt-free life - Now you know that you have goals and you enjoy your work, the first step to become rich is to have debt free life. You should not take loans, loans not only give you tensions but actually keep away your thinking and attitude from your goals. You must never borrow or lend money unless you have complete faith and trust and its in written form. You must be a debt-free person to feel the freedom that will multiply your money faster and will lead you to secure savings
5. Savings - Now you dont have debts to pay, you enjoy your work/profession and your income is more then your expenditure a very very nice stage set for your fortune. Yes a great fortune. Now here is where you save your money in Banks (I mean scam free banks ) or consult with professional or if you have knowledge of stock exchange, or real estate you would be doing wonders with your savings that appreciate with time.
6. Protect and guard your money - very very wisely you gotta protect and guard your money that is your fortune. I need not explain this point as everyone is smart enough to do that and if anyone isnt smart then ha ha! (s)he wont be rich.
7. Learn to contribute - This does'nt apply as an hard principle to becoming rich but nothing comes to you unless you give something from yourself. One must be giving something to get something. Service is the rent we pay to live on this mother earth. Well you guessed it, when you have your belly full and you are happy with your lifestyle, remember there are lesser mortals who need your social services., who have no basic needs like food, clothing and shelter and you gotta provide at least your conscience permits you to as its the law of nature that money wont stay with a person who keeps it stagnent. Then, it becomes like stagnent water, all dirty and not moving hence, once you have reached your goals learn to give, in giving you will recieve not only good health but peace of mind as someone rightly told that a man goes on earning money in his youth only to end up as an old man in hospital. So friends, now you know the basic steps to be rich! rich not only by money but super rich, successful and with peace of mind. I sincerely believe in the aforesaid 7 points that you've just read. And I honestly feel that anyone who applies this points it will be very very difficult for that person to fail. Reader, I wish you all the success, all the good riches and all the best for your journey to be super rich. Amen.
1.Know the first 7 steps of being rich. (Chapter 1)
2.Counting Money : Know the way to count your money. When you count the money it must be counted in such a way so that it must come to you. This tip is a great psychological motivator. Take it seriously.
3. Money attracts money: Take a 1000/- note, (Indian Rupees) or if you are in other country, take the currency that is highest and fold it round, tie it with rubberband, keep it in your wallet and NEVER spend it. Keep the same notes in your business drawyers, Cash counters, or the place where you keep your money. This is an ancient Indian secret were the wise men told that money attracts money. You may be tempted to use it but never spend this. I know you may think what kind of tip is this? but trust me, once you start keeping this, it will do a great deal to your prosperity consciousness and self esteem.
4. Never abuse money instead show respect for it - You know the saying "you lose what you critisize" and how many of times you have heard people abusing money? many many times! see the same people! Chances are that they might have by this time lost more money then they had before. People who dont get money often complain of it that is ok but abusing money is the sure shot way to lose money. Never do it for money's sake. Show respect for money and you will prosper.
5. Never feel bad when you lose money - There will be a time when you may lose money. Never feel bad about it. You must rejoice. Anything god takes away from you, he is bound to give you something better and bigger, BUT the time between taking and giving may differ at this juncture this may be your testing time. Have patience and dont forget what ever happens is for your own good. At this time keep your mind open for opportunities this is the best teacher you can ever get in your life. Why teacher is because testing time (or people call it bad time or hard time) actually teaches us things that we cant learn in Harvards or Cambridges, this is the time to gain real experience and use your talents. This is the time where your prosperity consciousness will be tested to maximum., Remember you gotta be rich first inside you and then outside may follow.
6.Law of multiples: The law of multiples says that what ever you give from your thought, actions and deeds will come back to you in multiples. You need to bless the money when its goin out from you and when you get services done. For example you take the services of a porter, tell yourself that I am giving you this money for your services rendered. May this money give you peace, prosperity and happiness to you and your family. Same applies to people who have more money then you, give positive vibrations and you will get positive vibrations. If by any chance you give negative vibrations to a person who has more money, you indirectly are telling yourself ohh poor me! hence remember the law of multiples, you get what you set in your mind. Enrich your prosperity consciousness with only positive vibrations. (Reader, if you know the secret to empower your subconscious mind JUST DO IT or kindly read the book The power of your subconscious mind by Jospeh Murphy)
7. Avoid rattling and stagnant money: never keep money that rattles in your purse, keep the attitude of "keep the change" let coins dont give rattling noise. Avoid coins in your pocket. Grasp brand new notes they do a great deal to prosperity consciousness.
Conclusion - You must be rich inside first to be prosperity conscious. Keep your goals in mind, be the best in your work, and make your way to riches. Remember one last thing you cant possess money., Money needs circulation or else it will go away this is tricky and will need another blog but for time being this much do a great deal for prosperity consciousness. I wish you all the riches!

Over last few days, I had been going through Buddhism literatures and it has always been fascinating to read about Buddha. Right from childhood we have been reading the stories of Buddha and let me confess that Initially I found it hard to relate to the enlightened soul but over years passed by I could relate to his teachings. Reader, its not Buddhism that I am unfolding to you, Buddha's stories.
In common parlance we often hear about heaven and hell.
As many people think that they are state of mind. Don’t we go in our thoughts to heaven or hells daily? But there are many people in this world who are constantly in heaven. If they are capable of being there, so can we, but the path is less taken…the way to that is our internal enquiry.
Once upon a time, Buddha and his followers were camping near a village. Buddha has a disciple by name “Purna” he served to Buddha and today is the day he completed his sadhna and was about to leave.
“Master, I shall take my leave to spread your message to the world that are in need of it”
Buddha told, “I will permit you O Purna, but I want to ask you, where would you like to go"?
“Master, in Magad, there is a place called Sukha, I shall head to that direction as till now no Bhikshu been to Sukha and I feel people should know your teachings”
“No one has been there before O purna…there is a reason behind it. The people over there are very sinful. It may happen they may trouble you, ill treat you and may be disrespectful towards you. What will go in your mind then?”
“Master, I shall be thankful to them that they only disgraced me but did not beat me up. They could have done that but just disgraced me”
“It may happen they may beat you up. What will go in your mind then?”
“Master, then I shall think that they just beat me up, but did not kill me”
“One last thing I want to know, It may happen that the same people may kill you, when you are nearing death, What goes in your mind?”
“I will be thankful to them that they relieved from this life, from this body that which could in future may have done mistakes, sins, I shall thank them for this opportunity O Master”
Buddha smiled and told, “O Purna, now you can go anywhere, your path on this earth is without obstacles. Wherever you go, whatever place you go, is a family to you, is heaven to you, as any bhikshu who has your state of mind, there are no thorns in the way”
He was burning with so much anger that he literally spit on his face. For some moments it was such a shocking incident to everyone present, that people stood still and numb.
Gautama Buddha gently wipes the spit from his face and smiled at the person who spit and he asked the angry man “Anything else you want to tell me brother?”
Anand, a Bhikshu near Buddha told “Master this is the limit of how people can ill treat you, give me permission so that I can fix this person in rage”
That person who spat on Buddha ran away. Buddha smiled and told Anand, “he actually wants to say something Ananda…but he has no capable language…anger is bursting so much in his veins that he is unable to express in words, hence this action”
When all the disciples felt utterly shocked, insignificant and humiliated Buddha had the rare insight of human nature and its workings. He knows that when people are in anger their action speaks more then their words. Such was his compassion.
That evening before his sleep Buddha told Ananda. “Men are weak that they are not able to express their emotions…Ananda he wanted to express something for sure…wonder what he wanted to say so much”
The very night the man who spit on Buddha felt guilty and he could not sleep entire night. The very next day he went to Buddha and fell on his feet and started to cry like a baby…he wanted to apologies for his actions.
“Do you see that Ananda…language is poor, even now he wants to say something but language is poor, unable to express it just like yesterday as what he wanted to do so”
The man was weeping and Buddha told him “Life is short and if we don’t have compassion, then neither we understood the path nor the life” The same man spit on Buddha and the very next day became his disciple. Don’t we see that actions do have positive results even in our life? How else suddenly we like to touch someone’s hand, or feel the need to hug them and our eyes gets closed. We are incapable of language when we are too emotional filled with either too much anger or too much love.
“You tell us everyday that every person can attain moksha, but why can’t they get it?”
Buddha replied “My dear friend, do one thing. In the evening go around this little village and ask the folks what they really want and when they tell you, you keep a record of their names and their wish as what is it that they want.”
This was a village with less population and the man went to every house and every person to record their goals. The next day he came to Buddha quite perplexed and dizzy. He handed over the list to Buddha.
“How many want Moksha?” asked Buddha. Not a single person wanted moksha.
“Everyone can attain moksha, yes I told that but every one will get it, I never told”.
People have the capacity to attain truth. Almost all the people but very few will take the path to attain it. The man understood what Buddha meant and how he asked him that question.
“If you want to attain moksha then there is hope for you, if you really are thirsty for it then no power on this planet can stop your quest for ultimate truth but if you are not thirsty, then the opposite is true, as all the power of this earth may not give you the inspiration you need. You should be ready for transformation.”
As this story is popular in India and Asian countries but for others, let me tell you this deals with a word called “Transformation”
When we look at criminals and sinners one among many matters psychologist make is that they had power of negative energy in their beings. Pity that they could not get guidance. If a positive contact were established, they would change their course of mind. They would become responsible.
Once upon a time in ancient Bihar there lived a ferocious dacoit by name “Angulimal” he was once son of a king and a very wise disciple but due to jealousy of other disciples he was thrown out of school and then took on to be highway robber. He then use to rob travelers and the legend has it that he would cut finger of each person he has killed and put it as garland on his neck. He use to smear his body with blood and he vowed that he would kill one thousand people and keep their fingers as garland. Now he just needed one man and with that killing he would kill 1000 people.
If anyone in a village came to know that Angulimal might attack, that village would become isolated. Even the king of the then Bihar, Prasnajeet was afraid of this dacoit as his warriors could neither capture angulimal nor kill him but got killed in return.
Gautama Buddha, the Tathata was passing one village near the mountain where the villagers feared that Angulimal is nearby and were escaping. Buddha came to know about Angulimal and wants to proceed to the place forbidden.
“No! Please don’t go further O Tathata” pleaded the folks to Buddha
“O wise one, you are a bhikshu, unarmed don’t go, Angulimal will slain you”
“The path that I choose, I stick to that, I don’t change my path because of anybody else,” said Buddha.
The villagers were quite puzzled. “Now it is for you to see if Angulimal kills Buddha or Buddha kills Angulimal”
“O wise man, its crazy of you to say this, you are unarmed, how are you going to kill him? He is a demon with sword and stink of human flesh and blood smeared on his body”
“It is great fortune on this path in meeting Angulimal, it is indeed an opportunity for me to meet him” saying this Buddha proceeded.
On a hill top Angulimal was waiting and saw someone passing by. He smiled to himself as his thousand victim was here. He from the hill followed Buddha almost running but Buddha was steadfast in his gracious walk. Angulimal saw a monk quite majestic, walking with utmost grace and then he thought he is a sanyasi a person who left the world and in solicitude…and also unarmed.
“Look here, don’t come near. Just telling you this because you are a sanyasi…go back I feel pity for you merely looking at your walk…go back or you meet you death. Don’t come near”
Buddha was smiling and yet walking.
“Don’t come near, because I will kill you. I normally never pity anyone”
Buddha replies, “Neither me, I too don’t pity anyone, in fact I have no habit of that and I don’t like someone else pity me and I won’t go back”
Angulimal wanted to scare him so he came in open to show himself and sword in hand.
Buddha told, “Whenever there is a challenge how do you expect a sanyasi to go back? You know I am coming near you, I want you to come near me too”
Now Angulimal never met anyone like that, bit worried he thought this person must be crazy. He took his sword and down he went toward Buddha.
“You are nearing your death with your own hands” smilingly Buddha told Angulimal.
“Before you kill me do me a little favor. You see the tree there? Just pluck four leafs please”
Angulimal looked at the tree and with one gentle thrust with his sword he cut the whole branch of tree.
“You wanted four leafs, now look! You have thousands”
“One last thing. Just this one before you kill me…all you have to do is to rejoin what you have destroyed”
Angulimal tells Buddha “This is difficult”
“Even a small kid can destroy, but a real man is one who can join it and I can clearly see in you that you are very timid and weak man. You just know destruction, so now you forget the thought that you are powerful, as you cant even join a single leaf”
Angulimal looked at Buddha’s smiling face. All he could see was radiance…something in Angulimal changed, a transformation was taking place in his being. He thought deeply about his past life as a good disciple days in his school and then asked Buddha
“Is there a way where I can join a leaf?”
“Sure there is a way and I always travel on this way for I do not know any other way”
For the first time guilt knocked angulimal soul’s door. For first time he felt how mundane his wove was. How monotones his life was, his existence was. For first time he felt something speaking in him. Angulimal could not comp rend the feeling of transformation taking place but he know that something had happen to him. Even a weak person can destroy and kill and he thought to himself that he is not weak what should he do then.
“What do I do?”
“Follow Me,” told Buddha
Angulimal then became his disciple and Bhikshu. Buddha became his master and he served Tathata.
Later he went for alms in village and people pelted stones on him, he was hit by stones and blood came out of his body. Buddha was watching this and yet Angulimal did not shout, he did not utter a single word. Angulimal was now bearing the pain that he gave to others. His body was on ground oozing blood.
Buddha went to him and put his hand on his head and told
“Angulimal…stand up now Bhramin Angulimal today you are strong and not weak, when they hit you with stones I observed that you did not had any ill feeling towards them, even when blood came out, you did not had any remorse. Stand O Bhramin you have attained the Bhraminhood.
Later King Raja Prashnajit came to know about the incident and went to Buddha
“I heard through my counsel that now Angulimal is transformed? May I have darshan, may I have his audience please O Tathata” Buddha told the kind
“ Rajan, the person who is sitting to my left side is Angulimal” The same king feared Angulimal, as even his army could not capture this person who was once a ferocious dacoit. Fear gripped king’s face and Angulimal spoke
“Don’t fear O king, that Angulimal is long dead and now transformed, the negative power that reside in me is transformed O king, now even if you kill me I shall not have any ill feeling towards you.
When king and most of the people wanted to know how such a sinner changed so drastically Buddha had this to say
“It is not a question of sinner or saint or vices or virtues, rather it’s the transformation of negative power to positive one” This is the story of Angulimal who became bhikshu and served Buddha. People are either good or bad but on which direction they channelize their power is what counts. We all have unlimited capacity in self. We need to tap it and channelize in positive way. Later the same Angulimal became a great literary giant, a wise man and a wise poet and his fame spread to many many countries.
yet has a women’s grace,
She is just the one,
with a radiant face,
She has the effect...
thoughts just reverberates
I strongly feel that any body can get ideas of destroying their life. Psychologists say that one in every three person at one point of time or other has thought of ending his/her life). If you know any person who is either worried, depressed or with constant negative ideas on life, please help them by just listening to them, this is what they need, they need to be heard. Suicide is a very sensitive and emotional cry for help!
Generally, suicide refers to destruction of one self, self-killing or in a legal sense - self-murder! The term in English is derived from the Latin words Sui - means one self & cideo means to kill!
The word "Hara-Kari" originated from Japan, the then soldiers killed themselves to avoid defeat or disgrace in the hands of enemy this was practiced till World War II.
Chinese regarded suicide acceptable norm when committed for the revenge and they considered it a useful device to embarrass the enemy, as they believed that the person who commits suicide, his ghost would haunt the enemy.
The Old Testament has many examples of suicide, Saul after losing a battle with philistines asked his servant to kill him, when the servant refused Saul fell upon his sword, in New Testament the suicide of Judas is condoned as viewed as an act of repentance. (I still don’t know authenticity of gospel of Judas)
During the Vedic period certain types of suicides were approved on religious grounds.
The epic Ramayana narrates mass suicides by the people of Ayodhya following the demise of Rama and his brothers in Sarayu River.
Mahabharata mentions about the sati of Madri the wife of king Pandu. Sati or self-immolation form of suicide of a widow following his husband’s death was way common in India.
In Orissa, persons used to kill them selves by falling under the mighty wheels of the chariot car of Jagannath temple at Puri. While Vedas approved self-sacrifice, Isavasya Upanishad strongly condemned the act. Bhagwat Gita has condemned the act of self-killing as immoral.
The British banned them by an order in 1802. Social reformer Raja Ram Mohan Roy took the cause and pleaded with the British to legally ban the practice of Sati. In the year 1829 the British prohibited it and finally in the year 1861, Indian penal code was introduced and self-killing was legally banned.
Egoistic suicide refers to taking away one’s life due to interpersonal problems, lack of close personal identity with others, lack of goals & ideals, ill health.
While Anomic suicide refers to political crisis, financial difficulties arising due to recessions, crash of stock exchange, markets, bank frauds, or draughts.
Did you know that Suicide deaths are less in Islamic countries? And more in Buddhist countries! Highest in Christian countries and highest amongst Males! You bet! More males commit suicide then females around the world.
According to WHO Suicide is the world’s 3rd largest problem all over the world! (Imagine! anybody can commit suicide say, a person who is suffering from HIV/AIDS or cancer or even martial problems)
The National Crime Records state that over 1,00,000 cases of suicide are reported in India.
Every 15 minutes a person is committing suicide in India!
In 2002 there were 10982 suicides in Tamil Nadu, 11,300 in Kerala, 10,934 in Karnataka and 9,433 in Andhra Pradesh.
In the year 2003 and 2004 highest number of farmers committed suicide in Andhra Pradesh alone.
According to the British Journal Lancet, suicide rates among young men and women in southern India are the highest in the world.
Interestingly, The states of UP and Bihar which have highest population and less literacy report fewer cases of suicides! Kerala, the country’s first fully literate state, has the highest number of suicides. Some 32 people commit suicide every day.
The author of the best seller - How to win friends and influence people, Dale Carnegie, committed suicide. Hollywood actress Marlin Monroe, playwright Virginia Wolf, Nepal prince Birendra killed royal family and himself. Beauty queen Nafisa Joseph died of Suicide and it’s not only the rich, royals and famous personalities who die of self-destruction but also common people.
What went through their minds? It leaves mystery and lots of things unanswered.
Fact- the fact is they don’t have solution or they are just want a way of escape.
Myth- I wont talk to my friend who is suicidal coz if I talk about his/her condition or depressive state he may feel more negative and may turn me off.
Fact- People might think it's a good etiquette not to talk about sensitive subject like self destruction to that person, but talking will help them a great deal to ease out their inner trauma or tension.
Myth- I know some people, who just give a warning but never killed themselves, they just wanna scare a hell lot outta people!
Fact: Well, how do they get the idea of ending their life? Many people don’t succeed in their first attempt, they attempt to kill themselves but may fail and they would usually warn someone, hence if you know someone, who’s constantly telling others that he/she may kill oneself, be sensitive to the person.
“I shall show them what I am through my death”
“I just cant take it anymore” “life is ##@^$*” “death is the answer” or it may totally be opposite, the person may change his behavior to a recluse, he or she may just cease to be normal, say numb!
Or they may write will, suppose an it may also happen that an elderly lady who lost her husband and has a puppy dog, she may gift it to someone and then commit suicide, so what one has to do is to find out the behavior pattern of that person. If that behavior pattern may change drastically then that is sure sign of suicide
Today, many voluntary organizations offer emotional support. Weather one is student or professional, homemaker or executive, young or elderly, male or female one can contact such voluntary organizations. And mind you reader, you may be in any country such organizations offer free emotional support. For example, In my city there is an organization called “Roshni” this wonderful organization offers support to persons who are depressed, lonely or are on the verge of giving up their life.
The strongest and most disturbing signs are emotional outbursts.
They talk about death either serious or in joke…Recent loss of loved ones through death, divorce, separation, broken relationship, loss of job, money, status, self-confidence, self-esteem, loss of religious faith, loss of interest in friends, hobbies, activities previously enjoyed
Change in Personality - Reclusive, not taking interest in any daily routine, not sociable, withdrawn and their behavior changes drastically.
Even the sleeping habits change as they either are awoke all the night or too much of sleeping
Eating Habits -- loss of appetite and weight, or overeating Diminished Sexual Interest -- impotence, menstrual abnormalities (often missed periods)
Extreme behavior patterns, going crazy, shouting, over emotional hyper attitude followed by very calm disinterested outlook often withdrawn in short moment of time., feeling worthless, or inner guilt and having no hope for future or no goals in life as they think nothing gonna change anyway as their life wont make any difference.
Some other cases like a person with HIV or Cancer or substance abuse. Hence these are the signs and one must be sensitive to a person who has such tendencies.
If you know anyone who has such depressing attitude, keep it in mind that even after the depression is over they are at risk of self destroying, speak to them, listen to them, give a good ear to such people they just want to be heard.
Blessed are those persons who have gone thru pain and have experienced death and bounced back in life…they understand the value of life. Every one amongst us has to go thru pain. Its difficult to find a person who doesn’t had problems. Why should there be a death reported every 15 minutes?
Suicide is both psychological and social problem…it is a crisis situation. If immediate help is made to a person who contemplates suicide, it can be avoided. Let us listen to them, Let us be sensitive towards them, and understand the signs…let us bring the suicide rate down by taking it as a collective responsibilityuality of your old age will depend directly upon the quality of contributions you've made in your youth"
